It will burn or explode once in contact with organic chemicals. It is harmful to swallow, breathe and skin.
Applications and Usages: It is mainly used as ceramics, paint desiccant, detoxify pharmaceutical, analytical reagent to determine potassium, catalyst containing cobalt, cobalt pigment, and manufacture other cobalt salt.
